At checkout your card is authorised, not charged. We take the payment only when your video has been made.
If the video cannot be made, the authorisation is cancelled and you pay nothing.
Whose photo you can use
Yourself, or an adult who has told you they are happy for you to do this.
Your own pets: up to three cats, dogs or other animals, with no people in the photo.
Nobody under 18, in any photo, for any reason.
No nudity or sexual content, and nothing meant to embarrass, harass or mislead people about a real person.
No celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
Cancelling
Your video is made as soon as you order, at your request. Because it is digital content made straight away, you can't cancel the order once the video has been made. That doesn't affect the refund promise below.
If the video is bad
These videos are made by AI and sometimes come out wrong: odd hands, a face that drifts. If yours is unusable, email hello@jiggy.fun the link to your video within 14 days and we will refund it.
Your photo and video
Every photo is checked automatically before you can order. Photos where the subject seems to be under 18, photos of two or more people posing together, more than three pets, and explicit content are turned away.
If other people are in the background, we edit them out and show you the tidied photo before you pay. Nobody but the subject appears in the video.
Your photo is sent to our video provider to make the video and is not used for anything else by us.
Your video lives at a private link. Anyone with the link can see it, so share it only with people you want to see it.
We keep your video for at least 30 days. Download it if you want it for longer.
The email address you give at checkout is used to send you your video link and your receipt, and for nothing else.
